MODUS 21 stands for “Modell Unternehmen Schule im 21. Jahrhundert” (model: school as an enterprise in the 21st century) and shall test new types of teaching and study. MODUS f stands for “Führung” (management) and places focus on new human resources and delegation models. Over the past few years, Schloss Neubeuern has added new input to this discussion on school development, especially regarding the examination weeks, the structuring of remedial lessons and the development of the electronic marking system. Thanks to the electronic marking system, we are one of the few Bavarian schools in a position to give and view up-to-date information on the oral and written marks of each individual pupil at any time. The Bavarian Ministry of Education has seized this idea and enabled Schloss Neubeuern to replace the relatively uninformative semester reports with more frequent and more detailed overviews of marks. Of course, semester reports can still be issued when needed. Our pupils - and their parents - can access all this information online and consequently always know where they stand.
