- They supervise boarding school groups with 10-18 children and adolescents.
- Build sustainable relationships and provide individualised educational support.
- Strengthening the skills and abilities of the children and young people entrusted to your care.
- close cooperation with parents and interdisciplinary collaboration within the team.
- Involvement in projects for boarding school development and organisation of the company.
Desired competences & qualifications
- A degree in social pedagogy or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
- You identify with our values and represent a person-centred approach.
- Willingness to move into a flat on campus.
- They see themselves as an integral part of a community and exemplify empathy, resilience and reliability.
