Historical QR code tour

A remarkable digital project was created under the direction of teachers Martin Erhardt, Michael Schlierbach, Tobias Trojok and Silke Vehlow as part of the project work that the school carried out with a total of nine project teams to mark the anniversary year. The pupils decided on an initial selection of historical people, sights and events that they found spectacular. They then split up and researched these topics for their project. With the help of the internet platform Sway, everyone was able to design their own project page. These are now united under the main page 100 Years of Schloss Neubeuern:
Historical tour for the project week
The special thing about this idea is that in future, framed QR codes can be found at the researched locations and pupils, staff and guests can use the website to obtain information on the spot. The first “Historical QR Code Tour” will be undertaken by the entire castle community in the project week before the summer festival. The pupils will also make their project accessible to guests at the summer festival itself.
This school project is just the beginning. With its work, the project team has laid the foundation for a historical section on our website. In a future guild, this historical work will be continuously expanded and a unique “reference work” will be created on the marvellous mountain of treasures on which Schloss Neubeuern is enthroned.
