Your responsibilities

• providing day-to-day educational support for pupils of all ages and year groups from Germany and around the world
• organising and supervising leisure activities tailored to individual interests,
• needs and ideas of our pupils
• Close and respectful collaboration with parents and guardians, as well as with our multi-professional team
• Taking responsibility for the well-being, safety and personal development of our pupils

You will bring with you

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with young people – including in English
• Class B driving licence
• Empathy and sensitivity in interpersonal interactions, as well as the
  ability to set clear boundaries and assert oneself appropriately
• A sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to assess the consequences of one’s own actions appropriately
• An affinity for digital work processes and a willingness to familiarise yourself with our standard software tools, in particular Microsoft Teams
• A passion for working with young people of different age groups and cultural backgrounds
